At Pura Cashmere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn garments in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your cashmere items in their original protective bag.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your tracking records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the garment to ensure it is in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
